Taxi & Motoconcho in Cabarete - Fixed Fares, Live Drivers
Dale is Cabarete's taxi app. Book a taxi or a
motoconcho anywhere on the north coast - Kite Beach, Encuentro,
Sosua, the Puerto Plata airport - no meters, no haggling. See the price before you
go, reserve with a small card deposit, get matched with a nearby driver live, and pay
the rest to the driver in cash. It works in any browser, no download needed.
How it works
- Open the app at daletaxi.app/app and log in with your WhatsApp number.
- Pick where you are and where you're going - the coast is mapped into zones with set prices.
- See the fixed fare, reserve with a small deposit, get matched with the nearest driver, and pay the balance in cash.
Getting around Cabarete
Uber rarely finds a car in Cabarete. Dale works with the local drivers and covers
the whole strip - Cabarete centro, Kite Beach, Callejon de la Loma, La Boca, Playa
Encuentro - plus Sosua and the Puerto Plata airport.
